My name is Joe Suh. About a year ago, I quit my day job as an overworked Intel engineer and launched MyChurch.org, the social network for churches. I am now an overworked MyChurch.org engineer.
When I saw the list of bloggers here on Digital, I felt somewhat inadequate. It's an impressive group that DJ has assembled. But I'm not a leader at my church. I don't have a seminary degree. And I've only been thinking about technology as it relates to ministry for about 18 months. You've probably never heard of me. So why would anyone care what I have to say?
I've been on the frontlines of "the internets" for a few years now. I've seen and learned a lot in development, design, distribution, widgets, SEO, advertising, open-source, hardware strategy, UI, outsourcing, API's, and every other aspect of running a web startup. I've spoken at internet and social networking conferences. I hang out with other Web 2.0 founders and hackers. I can't have a dinner conversation without discussing the Facebook social graph.
But I'm not a tech elitist who throws buzzwords and computer science acronyms around. I'd like to share what I've learned on this blog, and apply my knowledge specifically to help the church leader. My posts will hopefully be tactical and tangible to you, Pastor.
If you have any suggested topics that you'd like me to write about, please send them over: joe [at] mychurch.org or drop a note in the comments.

Joe, I can't wait to hear more from you. I appreciate the humble spirit in which you speak.

Hi, this is a great idea this website, as the church world needs it however technically it is fine but I do believe that a good design will help a lot more and top off this fine work.
Whether it is just a web 2.0 buzz word or not but looks do count.
