I'm getting ready to drive up to Azusa (from South Orange County) to attend the UYWI 08 conference hosted by Urban Youth Workers Institute. This afternoon I'm presenting a basic intro workshop on web technologies: website, blog, email newsletter, podcast, and social networking. Aside, great to meetup with Cynthia Ware, one of our fellow contributors at this blog. We crossed path near DFW airport as she was arriving and I was on the way out departing. We caught dinner together with her host who is on the organizing team at the Dynamic Church 08 conference (aka DC08), and she's just finished a breakout on social networking.
Twitter continues to ramp up as the latest & greatest connector. Amazing sound bites from the DC08 being shared on twitter via hashtag #DC08. Oh, interesting, Terry Storch has turned his home page from a blog into a twitter feed!
